We will visit 2 exclusive wineries:
- Viñas Queirolo, an industrial winery with a deep tradition of making piscos and wines of excellent tradition.
- Tacama, “The oldest operating winery hacienda in South America.”
Two incredible places with several wine tasting options, piscos of excellent quality recognized nationally and internationally.
Your adventure will begin through the well-known wine routes and the incomparable colorful landscapes and sunny climate of the Ica region. In addition to tasting the wine varieties of the wineries, you will have access to specialized winemaking guides to learn about the properties, techniques, irrigation systems, pruning and harvesting of the world of wine.
As well as the art of making our flagship liquor, Peruvian pisco, which continues to conquer palates thanks to the unique technique that is passed down generations to generations.
Itinerary
- 10:00 am: Pick-up time from Paracas hotel to Ica city
- 12:00 pm: Get started a guided tour along Viñas Queirolo vineyard, which is a hotel-hacienda that year by year has been preserving and disseminating the process of pisco and wine, which is reflected on its products made with the highest quality standards and great recognition overseas.
- Free time for lunch
- 3:30 pm: Later we will visit Tacama, “The oldest functioning winery hacienda in South America” to get to know the wine routes and the incomparable colorful landscapes, the sunny climate of the Ica region. In addition to tasting the wine varieties of the wineries, you will be able to access guides specialized in oenology to learn about the properties, techniques, irrigation, pruning and harvesting systems of the world of wine.
- 5:00 pm: Drive back to Paracas
- 6:30 pm: Drop off at selected hotel in Paracas.
