Live this unique experience on this day-trip overflying nazca lines considered as “World heritage site since 1994 by UNESCO” and to overlook the enigmatic geoglyphs etched into nazca desert from Maria Reiche/ Llipata towers along the way to Nazca city.

Nazca lines are extended across 50 miles of high and arid plateau rock and they consist of more than 800 striped straight lines, more than 300 geometric figures and some stylized drawings of truly disconcerting animals and plants. The accuracy of the geoglyphs is simply incredible; it is believed that those figures were created by an ancient society called “Nasca” dating from 600 BC and is said to represent the largest astrological calendar.

Itinerary

06:00 am: Pick-up from selected hotel in Paracas and drive to Nazca.
10:00 am: Arrival at María Reiche Airdrome to start the Nazca Lines overflight, with guided assistance prior to boarding the aircraft.
11:30 am: Return from the flight and visit the overlooking towers along the way (María Reiche and Llipata Towers).
Optional: Stop for lunch at a restaurant recommended by the tour guide on the way back to Paracas.
04:00 pm: Drop-off at selected hotel in Paracas.

Distance from Paracas to Nazca is 220 km (135 miles).
This full-day tour is operated with private transportation and an English-speaking tour guide.
The Nazca Lines overflight is subject to weather conditions; flights may be delayed due to air traffic or adverse weather. In case of bad weather, the airline reserves the right to reschedule the overflight in coordination with the travel agency and guests.
It is mandatory to bring the original passport on the day of the tour; without it, the Nazca Lines flight will not be permitted.
Sunblock, sunglasses, light clothing, and mosquito repellent are necessary for the tour. The average temperature in Nazca city is around 32°C (90°F).
The Nazca overflight tour duration is approximately from 06:00 am to 04:00 pm.
Aircraft capacity is up to 8 passengers, and the Nazca Lines flight duration is approximately 35 minutes.
Wheelchair access is available at Nazca Airdrome when required.
The weight limit for the Nazca Lines flight is 200 lbs (90 kg). If your weight exceeds this limit, please inform us in advance to avoid additional charges.
The Nazca Lines overflight is not recommended for people with heart conditions.
