Full day Archaeological Nazca from Paracas

+50 reviews

On this full-day guided-tour from Paracas, you’ll visit the most important spots along the way built by the ancient Nazca people: the Cantalloc aqueducts. Then, you’ll visit the Maria Reiche Museum holding fascinating artifacts related to the Nazca culture and studied by Maria Reiche. We’ll also explore the Paredones ruins where Nazca structures from the culture’s peak Nazca were built around 400 A.D. and they still stand facing Nazca city.

On the return journey, we’ll climb the Maria Reiche Tower, where you can observe figures such as the Hands, the Tree, and the Lizard. These stylized designs of animals and plants are truly astonishing, as the precision of the geoglyphs is simply incredible. It is said that these figures were created by an ancient society called the Nazca long ago.

We had a great time on this tour! Our dune buggy drivers adjusted to our needs-my kids wanted to go fast and I wanted to go slow and they accommodated. They were super skilled and kind. Everything was taken care of for us. They made it easy and fun!
